Harbinger of End

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Inevitable Ending. As a Bonus Action, you can mark one creature you can see within 30 feet, binding them to their inevitable end. For 1 minute, or until the creature dies, it cannot regain hit points, and once per turn when you hit it with an attack or spell, it takes extra necrotic damage equal to your Proficiency Bonus. You can use your Inevitable Ending a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus. You regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.

Profound Transition. When the creature marked by your Inevitable Ending is reduced to 0 hit points, its demise sparks a rebirth. You can immediately choose yourself or one willing creature within 30 feet of the dying target. The chosen creature gains Temporary Hit Points equal to 1d8 + your Proficiency Bonus, and can instantly end one of the following conditions on itself: Blinded, Charmed, Frightened, Paralyzed, or Poisoned.
