Savant Sniper

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Eagle Eye. Your attack ignore Half Cover and Three-Quarters Cover. Additionally, your Attack against Obscured creature do not have Disadvantage. Additionally, attacking at long range doesn't impose disadvantage on your ranged weapon attack rolls.

Targeted Analysis. When you take the Attack action, you can analyze a creature you can see within 60 feet as part of that action. Until the start of your next turn, your attack rolls and spell attack rolls against that creature gain an additional Proficiency Bonus to the attack roll. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
