Ability Score Increase. Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Commanding Voice. When a willing creature you can see within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll or a saving throw, you can take a Reaction to grant them Advantage on that roll. You can use this Reaction a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
